Enjoy the Meeting: You are now ready to participate in the Zoom meeting. You can then adjust your audio and video settings before joining the meeting. Connect Audio and Video: When prompted, allow Zoom to access your audio and video devices. Alternatively, you can click on the meeting link in the invitation. Join a Meeting: To join a Zoom meeting, click on “Join a Meeting” and enter the meeting ID or personal link name provided by the meeting host. When the install is completed, a Zoom dialog box displays where you can Join a Meeting or Sign In. You would then run the installer by clicking on the up arrow next to ZoomInstaller.exe and select Open. The Zoom client will be placed in your downloads folder.
